After years of waiting Scotland's capital finally gets its very own MASSIMO.

With an opening at the beginning of October, we are having to work flat out to re-create the warm and friendly atmosphere that all Massimo Restaurants have become famous for.

We are opening up in the middle of Edinburgh's own 'Little Italy', on Leith Walk.  We have taken over the site of the old Hi-Thai Restaurant, only 200 yards from the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre.

Ernesto joined the Massimo Group in 2006, after selling his long established, family run 'Lazio Restaurant'.  This year marks his return to Edinburgh and he couldn't be more excited to meet all his old customers and introduce himself to the new ones.
